Welcome to Emerald Connection. By accessing our website, purchasing our coaching packages, or booking sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Coaching Agreement & Exchange

Coaching is a co-creative process. Simone Eiman provides intuitive business coaching, process attunement, and mentoring. The client agrees that the outcomes of coaching are ultimately determined by their own decisions, commitment, and follow-through. All package rates are expressed in South African Rands (ZAR).

2. Booking, Payment, & Scheduling

• Paid sessions (like the Essence & Strategy Session) require full payment before the session date is officially confirmed.
• Payment plans for The Rooted Visionary program must be maintained in accordance with the schedule agreed upon in the onboarding agreement.
• Mock bookings scheduled on this mockup website do not constitute a legally binding service appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Respect for time is an essential part of the energetic exchange. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling a coaching session. If a client fails to attend a session without notice or cancels within 24 hours, the session will be forfeited, barring exceptional emergency circumstances.

4. Refunds & Terminations

Single sessions may be refunded in full if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. For the multi-session programs (such as The Rooted Visionary), terms regarding early termination and partial refunds are detailed in the individual client contract signed during onboarding.
